“Is there a specific driver download for windows 10 pro? I tried the general download for this model on the AOC web site (can't use the disk w/ my HP ZBook so need a download). The driver download on their site was not up to date for win10.”

answered my own question. I needed to use display link software for the driver download to work and this is what did the trick: displaylink.com/software
