“My display is too bright. It is hurting my eyes. How can I dim it down some? I have found the buttons under the frame but I can't see how to use them. Help! Thanks a bunch for being there.”

Starting from the right underneath the unit, the 2nd button is the menu button. the next two on the left are the movement buttons. To change brightness, push the menu button, then one of the movement buttons, I think the one to the far left. When you have chosen a subject push the menu button. Next make your adjustment, and push the menu button again.

Please try again later.if you put your fingers under the button next to the on button and feel backwards until you feel an actual small button, then push up on the button and a screen on the bottom of the monitor will appear, then just choose whatever function you wish. You can tone down the brightness there.

Please try again later.Agatha, all monitors have a menu button and somewhere on the frame says it. just push that button and find the one that says brightness. you use the other buttons to move around the menu to get to it . then push the correct button to get into its settings. if you have a hard time go the site of the monitor and get the manual for it. one does come with the monitor also. hope this helps.

There you'll see a "brightness setting." Use the < and> buttons to dim or brighten. I hope that helps.
