pull harder and wiggle back and forth as you do it. if not work, unplug it and turn it over and take out the battery, then use a strong flat tool like heavy knife or screwdriver to wedge underneath it to pry out around the all the edges
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn off the UPS, unplug the UPS, remove the battery. Then (and ONLY then) take whatever steps are necessary to remove the nightlight. If the prongs for the nightlight break off inside the UPS and you cannot dig them out somehow, do not attempt to use the UPS as there may be a shock.short circuit/fire hazard.
