This unit supplies up to 900 watts. It will easily power two CPAPs but not for an indefinite time. Maybe an hour?

If your CPAPs use AC power directly, this is probably a bad idea (Inductive loads from the blower motor in the CPAP are probably too much for any small UPS.) If the CPAPs have a power brick that delivers DC power to the CPAP device, this might work and provide enough power to run one CPAP device for one night.
