A:AnswerDepends... if you are using the laptop it will pull varying amounts of watts. Probably last you a good hour or so of reasonable usage if that is all that is plugged in, but your results may vary based on multiple factors.
A:AnswerHi Josh,
Thank you for your interest in our BN1500M2 ups.
It is recommended to plug your wifi router to the UPS at all times so that you avoid losing connection. The laptop can be plugged in when it needs charging.
For how long is the runtime it will depend on how many watts the wifi adapter and the charger of your laptop consumes please see runtime graph from the APC website

A:AnswerI would just pull the plug to see how long the UPS would keep the router up. Circuit breakers can wear out mechanically and they are expensive to replace. I've had that happen. As to shutting it off, I would only let the battery percentage drop to 5% or so. Dead batteries sometimes remain dead. I've never had an issue leaving the UPS running all the time. That's what they do. But if you want to test it once a year, I don't believe that would cause any issues.
A:AnswerIt should, a typical garage door opener uses about 5 amps while operating. It doesn't operate for very long, so 5 amps should not be an issue. Also, surge protection will help protect the garage door opener in nasty storms.....
A:AnswerTo turn sound off press and hold the button below the panel on the right. As for the quality - I just tried to buy one today and it didn't work, tried to replace it with a similar one but tested in a store first - didn't work either. Avoid!
A:Answerdepends on the combined wattage that all devices draw. I just did a test and with a desktop, one display and a network switch drawing close to 100W it told me it had a little over an hour battery power.
A:AnswerStrange an older one I have had for years has been reliable and I got a second one recently after a cyberopower unit failed and it looked like it caused damage to one of my attached devices when it failed.
A:AnswerNot sure what you mean by resistance, but for me it's supplying stable power to 2 monitors, a desktop and a switch including even a lamp and some smaller electronic devices.
A:AnswerThe wattage in the specs (900W) would imply not. with one desktop computer, 2 monitors and some other devices my draw is 100W so only about 1A.
A:AnswerFor a Back-UPS Pro to charge properly, it's generally recommended to leave it plugged in for at least 8 to 12 hours after initial setup. This allows the internal batteries to reach a full charge, ensuring optimal performance.
However, it’s a good practice to keep the UPS plugged in continuously, as this allows the battery to maintain a full charge and be ready for any power interruptions.
