Plug directly into the wall outlet. It has its own surge protector, but to maintain true watts and voltage you don’t want anything in the way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This device it's also a surge protector and should be plugged directly into a power outlet. You can always run a power strip from the device if you want more outlets.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did and it works fine... however saying that I don’t know if it’s recommended to do so... just that I did so.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is never recommended to use a surge protector or power strip in addition to a unit like this. Also, if this is a commercial installation, it may be against fire code regulations in your area to daisy chain. This unit has plenty of outlets built into it already, so a power strip is not necessarily needed anyway. Having said that, I have personally used a power strip and/or surge s trip along with UPS units, for specific applications where it was necessary. I don't recommend putting a surge/power strip BEFORE the UPS unit, though.
