Thank you for your interest in our products. The unit would boost the voltage is it is 11.3% below the limit. The limit would be determined by the sensitivity set on the unit. At low sensitivity the range would be 78-142 V. At medium sensitivity the range would be 88-139 V. At high sensitivity it would be 88-136 V.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't believe that is low enough. It is configurable using the serial/USB connector but it normally come on a much lower voltages. Out of the box it will only kick-in at under 88 volts or over 147 volts. House voltage minimum is 108 and tolerable is 110-127, you should really discovery why your voltage is that low.
