DOes the USB C port on the front just work as a regular charger or does it need to charge smart devices? Mine doesnt seem to just charge my random things like i want the USB A port does but not the C i have now tried 3 different cables so just checking. null

The ports on the front work the same as a USB port found on a wall charger

Thanks for your inquiry with the USB charging ports on our BN1500M2. The 2 USB ports can only provide a total of 15W of DC power. Please use USB C port without anything connected on USB A.
