If you mean a CPAP machine, they run between 30 and 100 watts, so yes. It will easily handle power surges and brief outages, but will run down after a few hours.

Thank you for your interest in our products. It really would depend on much power the CPAP machine draws. If it draws the normal 60 watts then you would get around 1 hours and 30 minutes of runtime. Just please note that we don't recommend connecting life saving equipment to our units and I would watch that the unit isn't near any water.
