• Thank you for your interest in our products. Unfortunately this unit would not have the option to send email or text alerts when the power goes out since it uses PowerChute Personal Edition. The feature would be available on our SmartUPSs unit though since they use PowerChute Business Edition. A comparable unit to the BN1500M2 is the SMC1500C in our SmartUPS line but do have other models available in the SmartUPS product line.
