I would try disconnecting all the equipment from the unit, disconnect the power cord then the internal battery. While these are disconnected try holding the power button for around 10 seconds. Reverse the instructions to power the unit back on. If the unit is still having issue please out to an APCbySchneider support team for further assistance.
