Thank you for your interest in our products. The runtime would depend on how much power the equipment draws. The modem likely wouldn't pull that much but the nebulizer may pull a bit of power. I would just confirm how much power the unit draws. At half load (300 Watts) you would get around 13.5 minutes of runtime. At full load (600 Watts) you would get around 4.3 minutes of runtime.

The owner's manual says to go to www.apc.com for assistance. BTW, your modem should have an internal battery which would allow it to function during power outages - check with your service provider.
