300W would be about 6 minutes and 240W between 8 and 9 minutes. If on the same UPS, less than 2 minutes.

If you connected 240w of equipment to the BX1000M-LM60 you would get around 17 minutes of runtime. If you connected both of these pieces of equipment to the UPS you would get around 5 minutes of runtime.
