The cord does plug in at a downward angle, it points to the bottom right of the socket
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine are placed underneath my desk. The cord is already bent due to wrapping in packaging by manufacturer. It took awhile for the cord to stretch out. I don't have anything against it.
