Does this mount tilt ? If so how far/much? null

Has 2 places to tilt. At the base on top for about 90 degrees and at the tv mount for about 45 more. Put it this way you can go from tv facing ceiling to pointing straight down to the floor. More importantly it swivels so you can go 360 degrese around a room
