If you are doing this for your own pictures (not for business or work) it would definitely do the job. If you are however editing photos or videos all day long then maybe an iPad Air or higher may be better suited for the job.

I must say this 10.2 inch IPad is very big. Make sure you need such a big screen. If you think you need bigger to with a Mac. If you think you don't need such a huge screen check out ones a bit smaller. Just in case! Remember if something is not in stock they'll have it sent to them right away. You'll check your best buy app and it'll tell you to pick it up two days later! Apple uses overnight delivery,and they inquire at other close stores.
