“What does it mean when it states in the description " with WI-FI "”

• It’s two options WiFi only and Cellular ones! WiFi means it’s only able to connect to internet WiFi. Cellular ones can connect to WiFi and your cellular network.

• It means if you want to get "online" to search the web, you'll need to be somewhere that has wifi. It won't connect automatically to internet without wifi. It isn't cellular.
