• If you're asking if you can install the Netflix app on this iPad, yes you can. If you're asking if you can download movies or shows with Netflix to watch offline, that is yes also, assuming it's a movie or tv show that allows it. I have a 32GB iPad and I always have a few movies downloaded to watch when the mood strikes.
