“What does in mean by “ with WiFi “ i can use it outside my home and have free WiFi? If so how do i turn it on.”

• With "WiFi" means it can connect to your wireless home router or to other free wireless routers outside your home. Such as at McDonald's or Starbucks as an example. So, you will have to have access to a wireless router in order to get free internet service.
