- Answer I recommend using the procreate app for digital art. Consider buying an apple pencil it will be helpful. In addition, I think all the ipads are the same for drawing

- Answer Some of the iPads offer cellular plans through a service provider (Verizon, At&t, etc.). With that you don't always have to be connected to wifi, the same way smartphones work. This one however only has the capability for wifi, and you will have to be connected to a network, it doesn't have its own wifi source. Hope this helps.

- Answer Make sure you do a recent back up of your old ipad with the icloud. When you sign in your new ipad, pick restore from a back-up. It will mirror everything from your old ipad.
