• Do you mean the apps? If your version is outdated, they won't come over. I had no idea I was using such an 'old' news reader until I tried to upload the same app only to find that the new version was nothing like the one I am used to and like very much. I just use the old iPad to read news --- that app is so much better than the new version!

• It did the same with my wife's. She just let it sit and do it's thing and all of them ended up being transferred.
