- Answer If new, yes. The one I just bought at Best Buy had all that I needed. I do recommend a case or cover to help protect it. Best Buy has these. Be aware if you buy a refurbished one elsewhere you may have to also buy a charger, read the fine print! I suggest just getting one at Best Buy and know you’ll be all set!
