• You can look up the specs but iOS has always been fantastic at managing Ram. Keep in mind those the older it gets the more complex iOS gets the newer models will always be faster. They tune iOS to the newest models. I’ve got a 2019 iPad that works flawlessly. Plus if you want to upgrade the ram just open it up buy some new ram but you’ll have to solder it in.
