“I am looking at getting the 10.2 ipad with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. At home in backyard Wi-Fi does not connect well so I connect via hotspot with my cell phone. Do I need a iPad with cellular feature or will this one work ok”

I’ve had the same issue and incorporated a Wi-Fi extender in the house. The cellular feature is yet another fee and depending on your data program (i.e.,unlimited) the WiFi should work fine. I’ve also used my cell as a hotspot and the iPad connected well. Good luck!
