Probably not as much as would expect. Apple offers trade value but it’s typically woefully low. Bestbuy to my knowledge doesn’t offer trade in. Gazelle and similar companies will buy your old devices.

Depends on how old it is and what generation it is. Whoever you're trying to trade with would have to give you that information and how much yours is worth.
