“What is the advantage to having cellular. Does the iPad work differently?”

• I would say if you use your iPad for work and have to commute and use the cellular network to stay online whenever no wifi is available it might be worth paying for the difference. In my case, as I use it only for leisure at home it definitely does not worth it at all.

• The only difference is that it works with or without wifi if you have it connected to your cellular plan.
