They have free warranty you must go to Apple store immediately.
They will look at it and will repair it for you. Good luck!

Make sure you are using the charger and cable that came with it. Using an iPhone charger will work but is very slow. Same with the cable, if you use a longer cable, it will take more time. You have a year warranty to return it so take your time trying to find the problem. Hope this helps.
