I believe that a Best Buy employee can help you with that at the front desk without any fee. I would recommend that you have your Apple ID and password ready because you are most likely to use it for a backup which will then will be transferred to the new device.

If you have I pad connected to i cloud all your data are there and all apps are in apple store linked to your i cloud account.When you turn on your new i pad you will be able to reload your data to it from your i cloud.

If you want to pay $99 they will do the transfer. This is per Best Buy customer service representatives on Sep 30, 2023. Does not make sense to pay this fee when anywhere else (i.e., if you purchase a new iPhone), the store will do the data transfer for free. It was based upon this unwavering position (from three (3) different representatives) that I decided to give my business to Apple at their store.
