“What's the difference between WiFi and WiFi+ Cellular? If I don't have a cell phone plan can I still use this ipad over my home Wifi?”

This iPad is used on wifi only. You can buy one that also uses cellular data but I didn’t want to pay for a monthly charge. I just use at home on wifi.

Only ever buy a WiFi. The 100 buck extra is a waste just hiotspot your phone And will always work on any WiFi you have access too

Yes, all you need for in-home is Wi-Fi. WiFi + Celluar just means that that particular model works with a cell connection as well as a Wi-Fi connection.

the cellular version also includes GPS. If you want to run maps, you need the cellular version.
