Yes. Back everything up to the cloud. When you set up the new iPad you will log into the cloud and it will automatically load it all. Your Best Buy sales rep can show you how. It’s pretty easy.

If you do a backup in iTunes or iCloud the new iPad Air will ask you if you want to restore from either an iCloud backup or a backup from your computer. You will however have to setup your new iPad as a new device and then proceed with the restore. It isn't until iOS 11 we gained the ability to automatically import our settings between iPads automatically. Short answer, yes you can. Steps, 1) Setup as a new iPad. 2) At the prompt either restore from a computer or iCloud backup. 3) If restoring from your computer connect the new iPad using the USB cable provided. The device takes care of the rest. You will have to re-enter passwords linked to any social media and/or other cloud based accounts
