What does the description mean with wi fi. null

Exactly what it says. The tablet can connect to wifi to access online features. LTE models connect to cellular also but you have to pay for that through a cellphone carrier.

It means it has WiFi and not Cellular + WiFi.

Means that it can connect to a WiFi network only. No LTE
