• Wifi + unlocked is with a GSM but it is not restricted to a US network, you can use it anywhere in the world Wifi only means has no GSM

• The wifi version is only wifi computable, meaning you can use it without wifi but it will NOT be compatible with a SIM card or used as a phone.
