• Yes, my old iPad had 16gb and it had enough storage for Procreate, dozens of Procreate pieces, and 1,000 pictures. 64gb is more than enough

• I think 64gb will be more than enough if your primary use for this tablet will be for drawing. I have the 64gb one and right now I'm at 25gb free storage with a couple of movies, about 60 apps and games, and notes/drawings. I'd say go for a higher storage configuration only if you want to store and edit a lot of photos and videos.
