Does this iPad accept ear phones null

There is no jack port for earphones. Not sure if type c charging port has jack available similar to iPhone adapter for headphones

Any new generation Apple devices except Computers, are Bluetooth optimized only. Basically meaning you can only use Bluetooth Headphones and Etc.

This iPad easily pairs with Bluetooth headphones and earbuds

If you read the news on the new iPad 10 it clearly states there is no earphone jack because everybody nowadays has airpods which don't require any kind of Jack pretty much all earbuds nowadays use Bluetooth connection
