• Yes - everything works through WiFi so as long as you have a signal (satellite, cell, etc.) on a hotspot you're good!

• It should be under settings. It will say services included and when you click on it it will have the Apple TV, Apple Music, Apple Arcade , and Apple Fitness offers and you just click the ones you would Like to get free or all.
