- Answer You can use any app on the ipad without the Apple pencil or keyboard. It is just like any phone device. You can view Web sites with the brower. The pencil or keyboard are only optional but are not required for this / any apple device.

- Answer You will have to do that through the Apple Store app, the Apple website, or going to a physical location. Best Buy does not offer engraving for any apple products

- Answer This seems like a bad problem, Try holding the power button untill shutoff then power on and in itunes on a laptop or pc or mac recover the device. try a update file if not then resort to factory reset.
