What’s open box is it used null

Open box is one that was someone purchased then opened it up and returned the product

It just means someone bought it, opened it, possibly even turned it on but decided to returned it. Does not mean "used" in that anything was wrong with it or that it was in any way "refurbished". It's just that if the outer layer of plastic is broken by law they cannot sell it as "new".
