• The major difference honestly is the processing unit. The Air has an M1 chip and the regular Ipad 9th gen has an A13 Bionic chip and the Ipad 10th gen has an A14 Bionic chip. M1 being better than both of the others due to the amount of GPU and Ram being higher.

• The compatibility with the Apple Pencil 2nd gen is the biggest difference. iPad air is lighter as well!
