“I don’t have an iPad with cellular and I’m looking to upgrade to an iPad that has wi+cellular. If my carrier is a different carrier can it still be switched”

Yes it sure can they just registered a new e-sim on the device threw ur carrier

When I bought my ipad (10th generation) with WiFi and Cellular from Best Buy, it came “unlocked”; so it can be used with any carrier.
