• yes you can, however I would recommend backing up to a pc and then restore to the new iPad

• When I got my new iPad, I first backed up my old iPad to the cloud and when I logged onto the new one it asked if I wanted to restore the data I had backed up. So the answer is yes, if you back up your info to the cloud.
