If you don’t want to pay for them moving forward after the free trial ends yes. To do so is easy…head to settings click on the name of the iCloud. Hit subscriptions and then cancel the ones you don’t want.

If you accept the free trail you will have to cancel them in settings through your apple account. Go to subscriptions and click which ever one you want to cancel . If you don't cancel they will charge you whatever price they charge . If you want to keep them after the free trails you don't have to do that
