A:AnswerI’m assuming you’re talking about FaceTime, and all you need is a stable WiFi/internet connection. It comes downloaded with the app already and when you click on the app you can press “New FaceTime” in the top right corner(it’s a green button) and select who you would like to video chat with. One thing to note is you can only video chat others with an apple device. But, you can download other video chat services through the App Store.
