- Answer Depends how old (or new) TV is. I have 5 y.o. TVs and a few adjustments in Samsung TV setup, and if the streaming app has a Airplay (usually top right corner) button should transfer stream from iPad to TV.

- Answer This iPad only has e-SIM. You will need to take iPad over to store of the SIM (e.g. Verizon, TMobile, etc.) to activate with your old Samsung table phone #.
