- Answer I have never attempted this. However, it should work but it would be limited compared to an iPhone. For example, no sharing texts, screens, etc.

The wireless only version can link to an iPhone so you can answer calls coming through your iPhone with the iPad. To use the cellular function of the wireless+cellular version you need a separate cellular account with a cell phone provider.

- Answer Wifi yes but this model isn’t compatible with cellar service You need to make sure the iPad you buy is cellular connection compatible I have the wifi model as well but can’t use it on my cellular plan cause it doesn’t have cellular connection

- Answer Good question Normal phone calls “ NO “ because the iPad isn’t cellular compatible Wifi you can use but not cellular connection Only way to make calls is through apps Like me I’m hearing impaired but I can use one of my apps for the deaf or hearing impaired to make calls
