A:AnswerThe iPad I bought only comes with wifi if you want cellular then check with your phone company to see what plan you can get that allows using the iPad because AT&T was going to make me change plans to add the iPad so I decided wifi was enough
You can always use your phones hotspot connection but that means carrying both units
