• This iPad can only be used with Wi-Fi.

• I have not tried to connect to phone providers. Right now I am connected to Wi-Fi

• Pay attention to what the description says for the one you want. “ Wi-Fi + Cellular “ you’re good to choose later to connect with a mobile provider. Wi-Fi. Will just always be WiFi only.
