I don’t believe BestBuy does this, but you can easily do it with an iCloud backup.

Please try again later.They don't really do that anymore. at least they aren't so busy. they helped me out, 3 years ago with my iPhone. but if you buy applecare, they might help you. with appointment. Also you have to make a back up before you go the store , in case they can help. It's super easy when you do back ups and transfer contents with your computer via iTunes, and everything gets transfer, since i don't buy storage on iCloud (only free 5 GB)
