I don’t believe BestBuy does this, but you can easily do it with an iCloud backup.

They don't really do that anymore. at least they aren't so busy. they helped me out, 3 years ago with my iPhone. but if you buy applecare, they might help you. with appointment. Also you have to make a back up before you go the store , in case they can help.
 It's super easy when you do back ups and transfer contents with your computer via iTunes, and everything gets transfer, since i don't buy storage on iCloud (only free 5 GB)

Probably not. Just backup to iCloud and then when you open your new one, you just transfer everything . There are videos showing how. It’s really a simple thing to do.

Yes as long as you back up to icloud. If you don't you have to restore from your computer when you get the new ipad home.

When you set up your new iPad and log into iCloud you can select to use the back up from your old iPad. Everything will happen automatically once the back up is completed
