A:Answer It supports cellular, and works will all kinds of browsers. The cellular is a little finicky though, when it comes to calls and texts. You can already FaceTime Audio and iMessage through the iPad, but only with iOS users. To make and receive calls and texts with non-iOS users, you have to (to my knowledge) have an iPhone to pair it with. Once that is done, you can use it like a phone.
