This question is for: Apple - 11-Inch iPad Pro (2nd Generation) with Wi-Fi + Cellular - 128GB (Unlocked) - Space Gray

WiFi unlocked means it is WiFi plus cellular. The unlocked means you can use it with any provider...att, Verizon etc

The WiFi version have to connect with a hot spot device, and an unlocked version can get data service from mobile services.
